Local LCPS Auditions

Students interested in the VPA SRGS programs, must first complete an audition with LCPS. We will let auditionees know if they have earned a state level audition. Only students who have earned a state level audition should apply for the VPA SRGS program. 

*IMPORTANT NOTE - we can only send a limited number of students to the state for an audition. Please be relatively sure that you can commit to attending the VPA Program at Radford University before auditioning at the local level. If you earn a state audition but decide not to take it, most likely that audition slot will remain empty (this is due to various deadlines that come up very quickly!) when another LCPS student could have taken the opportunity.
