Policies and Procedures

May be checked out for 3 weeks.  You may renew any item unless there is a hold in place.  Stop in to the library for a renewal or send us an email to request renewal.

The FHS Library does not charge a fine for overdue items.  As a courtesy to other students, we expect materials to be returned in a timely fashion.

If a library item is lost and/or damaged, the FHS Library may assess a replacement charge.

Magazines are digital and can be found in Flipster. Flipster is located in the Library Resources folder in LCPS GO.

The library has one black and white printer and one color printer for student and teacher use. Please be green when using these items!

The library has two 3D printers for student and teacher use.  Create your design before consulting a librarian about using this printer! Not sure how to design something for the 3D printers? Ask a librarian and we will get you started.

Students may come to the library with an approved e-hallpass from a teacher. Approved passes are green. Three students are permitted at a time from each study hall. 

Unfortunately, early release students must leave the school building when finished with classes for the day unless they have a club, activity, or sport scheduled for after school that day.
