Ms. cynthia Fillman

I joined LCPS in 2009 when I began working at Park View High School as a School Counselor. After spending just over 7 years at PVHS, I transitioned into Virtual Instruction in October of 2016.

I enjoy being a part of the Virtual Loudoun and Distance Learning team very much! I appreciate our dedicated staff as well as the quality and flexibility our courses offer. It is meaningful to me to be a part of a team that provides alternative educational options for learners.

I graduated from St. Andrews University in North Carolina with a BA in English, and earned my M.Ed. in School Counseling at UNC Chapel Hill. I initially worked as a School Counselor at the middle school level. When I moved to Northern VA, I attended NOVA and earned AS in Communication Design. I then spent 10 years in the graphic and web design industry before my work at PVHS.
