“ Job Requirements: Lifeguard I require completion of the 10th grade of high school. May be underfilled at a lower grade with a candidate who has not completed the 10th grade of high school and who holds a valid lifeguard/CPR and First Aid certification OR a candidate who has not yet completed the certification for lifeguard/CPR and First Aid but has completed at least the 10th grade of high school.”

• Eligibility for red cross which is age 15 and above.

• We provide 30 days from hired to onboard and get certified. Certification is currently free and is a value of $350.

• As stated above, until they meet both requirements; completion of 10th grade and certified they will be employed at a lower grade pay from what is indicated in the job announcement
