The college application checklist is to keep seniors on track with the next steps
The senior worksheet is a Google form for the students and parent/guardian to complete 15 school days prior to their earliest college application deadline. At the end of the Google form there is information for the LCPS Online Verification process that needs to be completed by parents/guardians. Please note, that only students have access to the senior worksheet. Parents, if you would like to begin working on the questions, they are as follows:
Choose three adjectives that best describe your student & explain your choices using examples.
Please describe any significant family events that have occurred over the past 4-5 years that may have affected your student's performance in high school (e.g. death of a close relative, divorce or separation of parents, move from another country, state or city, extended illnesses, etc.)
What would you want the admissions office to know about your student that they would not be able to glean from their high school transcript?
