Hello!
My name is Lindsey Henshaw. I was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia where I graduated from high school in 2007. After graduation, I attended James Madison University where I was a student athlete as a member of the varsity swim team. While at Madison, I earned my bachelors and masters degree in elementary education. In 2012, I began my teaching career at Thomas Jefferson Elementary School as a 2nd grade teacher. I have been teaching 3rd grade for the past twelve years and I am excited about beginning another great school year! Louisa County is a special place to live and work and I am very proud to be a part of this county.
My husband and I live in Louisa county and we have two kids. Our son, Blake, is in third grade and our daughter, Sophie, is in kindergarten.
Hi! My name is Elley Marshall. I am so excited to be a third grade reading teacher this year. I am originally from Pennsylvania where I attended Mansfield University. Over the years, I have had the privilege of teaching 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 6th, and 7th graders. In college, I participated in track and field, and I enjoy coaching discus at LCHS.
I have been married to my husband, Josh, for 3 years. We live in Louisa with our two dogs Finn and Eddie, and our cat Billy White Shoes Johnson. I love to go to the beach, crochet, make art, and hike. Go Steelers!
