Language Arts

This year we will be focusing on reading comprehension through a variety of fiction texts, nonfiction texts, and poetry. Vocabulary will be focused on twenty minutes daily through OG. Writing composition and written expression will be practiced weekly through various structures including narrative, expository, descriptive, and persuasive. Grammar and mechanics will be intergrated into weekly instruction.
Math
