Requirements

  • This program applies to ALL and ONLY certificated positions at Louisa County Public Schools.
  • A current Louisa County Public Schools Employee must submit an online referral form on behalf of the recommended candidate. If more than one employee recommends the same candidate, the first employee to submit the online employee referral program will be eligible for the incentive.
  • The recommended candidate must indicate on their Louisa County Public Schools application that they were recommended for employment by the referring LCPS employee.
  • The recommended candidate is hired by Louisa County Public Schools for the 1st semester of the school year.
  • The recommended candidate must still be employed with Louisa County Public Schools on Dec. 1st of that same year.

NOTE: Human Resources staff are not eligible to participate. Any staff member serving as an LCPS recruiter at a job fair cannot make a referral for a candidate they met at that fair. School administration cannot make referrals for positions within their school building/departments.
