If all listed requirements are met, the LCPS employee who made the referral is eligible to earn up to $500 as an incentive!

1. Year 1: $250.00 paid on their Dec. 15th paycheck.
2. Year 2: If both employees remain employed by Louisa County Public Schools as of Sept. 1st of the following year, the LCPS employee that made the referral will receive an additional $250.00 in their Sept. 15th paycheck.

NOTE: If the candidate is hired mid-year and both employees remain employed by Louisa County Public Schools as of April 1st of that same year, the LCPS employee that made the referral will receive a $250.00 incentive to be paid on their April 15th paycheck. If both employees remain employed by Louisa County Public Schools as of Sept. 1st of the following school year, the LCPS employee that made the referral will receive an additional $250.00 in their Sept. 15th paycheck.
