-If what you are accessing is through a website, check other websites to see if the issue could be a slow internet connection. Try the wifi page for more help.
-If you feel like it is a slow internet connection, then contact your internet provider.
-If the whole iPad feels slow or freezes up, and the 6 steps did not help, then it is time to contact the help department.
