My name is Joan Bufford and this is my 7th year at LCMS. I taught Computer Science for 6 years and am excited to be teaching 6th Grade ELA this year! I graduated from Lincoln County High School in 2005 and received my degree in Middle Grades Education from Kennesaw State University. After living in the Atlanta area for 13 years, I moved back home to Lincolnton in 2018.

Hobbies: Reading, Listening to music or podcasts, any sort of word puzzles (crosswords, cryptograms, etc.)
