I've lost my Device charger. What can I do?
In the interim, we can let you borrow a charger for a little while so you can take some time to find your charger and still have the ability to charge your Device, whether it be your Chromebook or Windows device. If after a week you can't find it, we must take your borrowed one back and you can buy a replacement from us. The cost is $25 and is payable to your account. We do ask that, upon receiving the initial charger or any replacement thereafter, that you label it with your name so that in the event that it is lost and returned to the Help Desk, we know who's it is and we can get it back to you. If you need a replacement, visit the Help Desk to get started.
My device is not acting right or my device is broken. What can I do?
First off, we ask you to quickly restart your Device to potentially get rid the issue. If that doesn't work, come by the Help Desk and we can get you back up and running.
My device is broken. What can I do?
Drop by the Help Desk with any parts or pieces of your device that may have broken off (if they have fallen apart). We can get you fixed from there.
I'm trying to get to a website that's blocked by GoGuardian. What can I do?
In this case, there's two scenarios:
If you're trying to get to a site for a project, research paper, or something class related, please email the website to your teacher. From there, they will resolve the issue with us.
If you're trying to get to a site for any other purpose, please visit the Help Desk for assistance.
