Directions: In this activity you are adding on to the same Google Slides you worked on in week 3. You are to use the internet or the Google Slide toolbar to find pictures and information for your slides. Your task is to create three slides that model repeated addition. You will present your final project on Zoom.
Requirements:
1. Create 3 slides with a basic multiplication math fact. (Ex. 4 x 3 = 12)
2. The slides must contain the name of the multiplication strategy above each slide.
3. The slides must contain a multiplication equation.
4. The slides must contain the word form of how to describe the equation using repeated addition. (Ex. 4 groups of 3)
5. Model the equation using repeated addition
6. Write the repeated addition equation (3 + 3 + 3 + 3 =12).
7. Last, paste your two screenshots from Glencoe Virtual Manipulatives on its own slide. At the end of your task, there will be a total of five new slides.
You will present your final Google Slides on basic multiplication strategies to your classmates. Sign up for a time slot with your teacher.
