Kimberly Holland (Ms. Kim) has been with LBUSD for over 30 years. Over the years she has worked within high school, middle school, elementary and SPED. Ms Kim earned her B.S. at CSULB in Vocational Education. Her favorite children's books are Bridge to Terabithia by Katherine Paterson and Mike Mulligan and his Steam Shovel by Virginia Lee Burton.  Ms. Kim enjoys spending time with her family, reading, crocheting and listening to music.

Mrs. Thompson has been with LBUSD's Kids' Club Program for 23 years, the last 16 at Prisk. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from California State University, Long Beach. Mrs. Thompson's favorite children's books are Little Women by Louisa May Alcott, The Secret Garden by Frances Hodgson Burnett, and Roald Dahl's The BFG. In her spare time, Mrs. Thompson enjoys reading, taking walks, listening to podcasts and gardening. She lives with her husband Steve, three kids, three cats, and one dog!
