Recognizing the financial implications of these necessities, I took the initiative to propose a fundraiser designed not only to address these needs but also to cultivate a sense of unity among tennis players within our local community.

Hosted at the El Dorado Tennis Center, this exhilarating event showcased the talents of our top varsity boys' players, Kaden Serdengecti and Eric Carranza, as they battled for the coveted title of "number one singles player," the most prestigious achievement in high school tennis.

Placed in a riveting three-out-of-five match, the victor is set to assume leadership of the team come February. To support our tennis program and ensure the success of this occasion, I took on the responsibility of selling tickets both during school hours and at the event itself, priced at a modest three dollars each. Thanks to the generosity of our community members and patrons, the fundraising efforts yielded an impressive sum, totaling over $300.

Every dollar raised was dedicated to the Millikan tennis team and deposited directly into the team's account to provide financial support whenever the need arose. At the event, attendees were treated to an array of food and beverages, accompanied by festive decor that added to the excitement of the atmosphere.
