REFLECTION SEMESTER 1:  Overall, in Sports Medicines I really have learnt so many  work-based learnings. These were very efficient for me, because I got to learn so much about wraps and emergency things I'd have to know. I really liked how this had taught me so much about these Beyond the technical skills, the semester taught me the importance of the sports medicine team and the legal responsibilities involved in patient care. By practicing these protocols in lab settings, I have moved from simply memorizing facts to critically thinking about how to protect and rehabilitate athletes effectively.
