Fitness Fridays

Week 3 May 4th-May 8th


Fitness Fridays are all about maintaining an active lifestyle and pushing your body through this quarantine! This week we are asking you to support our own MAC Grand Défi Pierre Lavoie team. On May 9th-10th, some Mac students were supposed to relay run 270km between Quebec city and Montreal. While this event has been canceled, some of our runners will be doing a virtual relay run: as a team, they will try to run 270km during the next weekend! We challenge you to follow the movement and go for a run: 1km, 2m, 5km... whatever you feel comfortable to do! You may meet some fellow Mac runners! Take a picture of you running and send it to the email maccovid19@gmail.com.

Week 2 April 27th-May 1st


Fitness Fridays are all about maintaining an active lifestyle and pushing your body through this quarantine. This week, we are asking you to submit a ten minute workout. Send in the details along with any links or examples of you doing the different exercises. We will be choosing one winning activity per cycle. If your workout wins, it will be used to challenge the MAC staff to be more active during quarantine. So be sure to complete the form below and give us your best 10 minute hit!

Week 1 April 20th-24th

Hey Mac, it's time to stay fit. Complete the following workout and send in a picture or video of you completing the different exercises! 1 minute plank, 1 minute of push-ups, 1 minute of wall-sit and 1 minute of sit-ups.
