The Physical Sciences Workplace Life Committee (PSWLC) was established in 2013 to assist with work life balance issues and diversity and inclusion activities within the Physical Sciences ALD. Over time, the committee’s scope has expanded to explore a variety of topics relevant to the quality of work life at the Lab.

The PSWLC has explored a variety of topics, from improving Laboratory communications about issues affecting employees to proposing new/upgraded amenities. Browse the PSWLC website to view a list of workplace life topics explored or under consideration. If you have a Physical Sciences Area-wide or Lab-wide concern, submit it to the PSWLC. Allow the committee to investigate your issue and work towards an amenable solution!
