2020 Lab Retirees

"I plan to continue coming to the Lab."

"I plan to travel around the country in my new 5th wheel RV. "

"My plans include taking a more leisurely approach to things I enjoy, like time with Richard, my grandkids, travel, music, volunteerism, swimming, biking, and hiking. I'm also excited about digging into some new things, such as pickle ball, drawing, playing the ukulele, and writing a novel. I'm obviously looking forward to a very long and fruitful life, because these lists go on and on!"

"I am very thankful for all of the opportunities I have received working at Berkeley Lab, the projects I have supported, and most of all, the many wonderful colleagues I've had the pleasure of working with throughout my career. I now look forward to joining my husband in retirement, spending more time with my family, play dates with the grand kids, and hitting the road in our RV for more fun and adventures!"

"I am planning to continue the TOP500 project and pursue some fun projects in machine learning. I will remain a Lab affiliate and hope to come back once in a while for presentations and to keep in touch. Berkeley Lab was by far my favorite place to work and it is hard to beat as a working environment. "
