Why Become a Mentee?
As a mentee, you have the unique opportunity to tap into the knowledge of others.
What's Expected of EESA Mentees?
Be committed to the program (~9 months)
Identify (with your mentor) goals to be achieved in the mentor-mentee relationship
Suggest duration and frequency of meetings (we recommend 1 hr/ month for ~9 months), and commit to attending regularly
Be well-prepared for meeting with your mentor (e.g., come with topics to discuss, questions to ask, ideas to explore)
Reciprocate the safe and confidential environment
Expect challenges, advice, and coaching – not miracles
Be open to learning new things
Provide anonymous survey feedback at end of mentor program cycle
