Should you be scheduled to come in, but you will be unable to do so, please send an email to BSBK-AccessRequest@lbl.gov as early as possible. This information is critical for us to manage the logistics and potentially offer your spot to another researcher.

Additional access requests outside of the weekly scheduling period (8AM Monday - 4PM Thursday) should be requested by sending an email to BSBK-AccessRequest@lbl.gov

Emergency & Weekend Access Requests:

Requests are not routinely checked outside the lab's regular hours of operation Mon-Fri or holidays.

As long as you have already been onsite, and met all access requirements. If you need to come onsite over the weekend. Or, if you need to address an alarm or other emergency situation. A follow-up email is required so that the access list can be updated.

COVID Protocol A or B

All supervisors are responsible for looking up the COVID Protocol A or B status in clinic.lbl.gov for all their direct reports and affiliates.
