One Small  Ergonomic Change

Small changes to the way we work can have a big impact on our comfort, health, and safety. That’s the idea behind One Small Change, a new Berkeley Lab-wide campaign designed to empower everyone to take an active role in their ergonomic comfort and safety at work. Together, these individual commitments will build a stronger, safer, and more comfortable environment for everyone at Berkeley Lab.

Show your  support  of ergonomics by installing one of the Ergo Program Zoom backgrounds

Everyone who signs in before joining will see the backgrounds, marked "uploaded by your admin" within the Zoom Workplace application under the background and effects settings. The backgrounds are also posted to the gallery here.

Through highlighting real stories and testimonials from colleagues across the Lab, this campaign aims to showcase the impact of making one small ergonomic change and inspire everyone to do the same .   Check out the videos below.
