Update as of March 2 regarding impact of the COVID-19 outbreak:
The CMB-S4 Executive Team is developing a contingency plan for the Spring Meeting in conjunction with the Scientific and Local Organizing Committees. This is a very dynamic situation so our plan will necessarily have to remain flexible. As of today:
The primary focus of this meeting will be on making the necessary technical and scientific progress towards the baseline design in general and the summer agency review in particular. There will also be significant collaboration business, including amendments to the bylaws and election updates.
In addition to the main meeting there will be social events on Sunday March 29th and splinter meetings on Thursday April 2nd.
This collaboration workshop will be hosted by Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory.
All plenary sessions will be held in the Auditorium in Building 50.
