Dear Lawrence Families,
Dear Middle School Students and Families,
As we get the 2026–2027 school year underway, I wanted to follow up on my welcome message from earlier this week and share a few more things to look forward to in the Middle School.
We have an exciting year ahead, with many opportunities for students to connect, explore new interests, and grow both inside and outside the classroom. This year, we are especially excited to introduce an after-school band program, giving students a new opportunity to discover and develop their musical interests. We will also host an interschool middle school social in February, bringing students together from across the Cleveland Consortium of Independent Schools.
These are just a few of the many great things we have planned for the year, and I look forward to sharing more with you as the year unfolds.
I also hope to see you at First Bell Night on Monday, August 17, where I’ll have the opportunity to talk more about the year ahead, our Middle School priorities, and what families and students can expect as we begin the year.
Thank you for your partnership and support. I’m looking forward to a great year together and, most importantly, to seeing our students learn, grow, connect, and have some fun along the way!
