5/23/26
Dear Lawrence Families,
This year is quickly coming to an end, and what a wonderful year it has been! Our students have experienced so many new opportunities, and the Awards Ceremony this past week was an amazing way to celebrate their hard work, growth, and accomplishments.
We still have a few fun and meaningful events ahead during our final week together.
Looking Ahead:
The last two days of classes are Tuesday and Wednesday.
On Wednesday at 2:30 p.m., our Musical Theater students will perform and showcase all of their hard work.
History Day will take place on Thursday, 5/28. Parents are invited to join us at 2:00 p.m. to view the incredible projects our students have created through their research and presentations.
Also on Thursday, students will turn in their computers to their IE teacher.
Field Day is Friday 5/29 and will be filled with lots of fun activities for students as we celebrate the end of the year together. We will also provide a grilled lunch of hot dogs and hamburgers for our 8th grade students. Students will be dismissed at 12pm
Thank you for all of your support throughout the year. We are looking forward to ending the school year on a positive and celebratory note! We are also looking for a few parent volunteers to help with Friday’s Field Day activities. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Mrs Norwood in the Advancement Department at snorwood@lawrenceschool.org .
