We provide a variety of primary care services! We provide the following services:

We provide primary care from a neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and Health at Every Size (HAES) framework. We have medical equipment and supplies to provide access for people in larger bodies.
Chronic Illness
We welcome patients with chronic illness or other medical complexity and enjoy collaborating with each person to explore diagnoses and treatment plans. The conditions we treat include:
Asthma
Allergies
Acid reflux
COPD
Chronic pain
Fibromyalgia
Eating disorders
High cholesterol (hyperlipidemia)
High blood pressure (hypertension)
Hypothyroidism
Irritable bowel syndrome
Long COVID

We do not provide chronic opioid therapy for chronic pain, but we do have significant experience with non-opioid treatments that can reduce pain and improve quality of life.
There are certain conditions we do not treat alone, but are happy to work with your specialist as a part of a team in your care. These conditions include coronary artery disease, type 1 diabetes, heart failure, autoimmune conditions (multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, etc.) and other conditions. If you are not sure if your condition is within our ability to treat alone, please contact the office and we will happily tell you.
We are happy to help with work accommodations, FMLA, or other paperwork that can make your life more accessible for our established patients.
Gender-Affirming Care
We provide gender-affirming hormone therapy for people ages 18 and older. We used an informed consent model of care.
We prescribe the following medications:
Bicalutamide
Dutasteride
Estrogen
Finasteride
Minoxidil
Testosterone
Progesterone
Spironolactone
We provide referrals and letters of support for gender-affirming surgery. We provide letters of medical necessity for electrolysis for gender-affirming surgery. We partner with Quest Diagnostics for monitoring of hormone levels.
For children under age 18, we provide referrals to other providers who can prescribe puberty blocking medications and hormones. We do provide affirming primary care for children under age 18.
For mental health conditions we treat the following:
ADHD
Autism
Depression
Generalized anxiety disorder
Insomnia
Panic disorder
PTSD
Social anxiety disorder
We do offer stimulant medication for ADHD but require supporting documentation prior to starting medication such as notes from a past therapist, psychological evaluation, or notes from a past psychiatrist or primary care provider.
We are happy to help you find mental health services in the community including a therapist, intensive outpatient program, eating disorder treatment, substance use treatment, or residential treatment options. We also have local referrals for transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and ketamine treatment for individuals with treatment-resistant depression.

Sexual & Reproductive Health
For sexual and reproductive health, we provide the following services:
Birth control
Cervical cancer screening (Pap smear)
DoxyPEP to reduce the risk of bacterial sexually transmitted infections
Emergency contraception
Medication abortion up to 10 weeks
Menopausal hormone therapy
Menstrual suppression
Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) treatment
Premenstrual Dysphoria Disorder (PMDD) treatment
Screening and treatment for sexually transmitted infections (chlamydia, gonorrhea, trich, HIV, syphilis)
Testing and treatment for vaginal infections including bacterial vaginitis, yeast infection, mycoplasma, ureaplasma, and other infections
Treatment for oral and genital herpes
Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) for HIV prevention
Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) for HIV
We provide referrals for vasectomy, hysterectomy, surgical abortion, cervical/endometrial biopsy, endometriosis, endometrial ablation, and other surgical procedures. We are trained in Nexplanon insertion and IUD insertion and may do them on a case by case basis. We do not treat infertility but may be able to help you find a specialist in the community.
We do not provide prenatal care, but we are happy to refer you to an obstetrician, midwife, or maternal fetal medicine specialist depending on your needs. We are also happy to collaborate with your pregnancy provider while you are pregnant.

Earwax buildup
Ingrown toenails
Migraine
Muscle sprains & strains
Gastroenteritis
Skin rashes & skin infections
Sinus infection
Sore throat & strep throat
Urinary tract infection
Upper respiratory infections (cough, cold, flu, COVID)
Wound care
If you believe you may have a fracture, we recommend going to a local urgent care that has on-site x-ray for evaluation. If you have severe abdominal pain, feel like you are going to pass out, have severe shortness of breath, feel like you are having a heart attack or chest pain, feel like you are having a stroke, or other life-threatening symptoms, please go to your local emergency department immediately.
We can provide work notes for sick visits when needed so you can focus on your healing.
Also, given we are only in the office two days per week, you may need to go to your local urgent care for prompt treatment of conditions we could otherwise treat in office.
Wellness Visits & Annual Checkups
For wellness or preventative health, we provide:
Annual physicals
Breast exams
Cervical cancer screening (Pap Smear)
Medicare Annual Wellness exams
Pelvic exams
Risk assessment for inherited forms of cancer
Risk assessment for heart disease
Screening for high cholesterol
Screening for high blood pressure
Screening for diabetes
Screening for nutritional deficiency
Sports physicals
We provide referrals for mammograms, colon cancer screenings, and other screenings such as lung cancer screenings depending on age and other health risk factors. We also take a family cancer history and offer a referral to genetics to discuss hereditary cancer syndrome testing with a genetic counselor for individuals with a significant family history of cancer.
