Hello! I am proud and honored to be a part of the AVID team here at Foshay Learning Center. This is my 21st year as an educator. Over the course of these years I have taught various High School Math and Science courses, including AP Biology and AP Statistics. But I must say that my favorite years in the classroom have been with Middle Schoolers. I love their energy, enthusiasm, and curiosity. I personally am naturally inquisitive and an avid learner. This led me to focus my studies to the field of Science. Science begins with curiosity--asking “why?”. This leads to examination and exploration, in the quest for understanding. One of my greatest desires as a teacher is to nurture my students’ curiosity. To encourage them to ask questions and seek answers, ultimately resulting in a lifetime of learning
Dr. Lee Buono, a neurosurgeon from Medford, Burlington County felt compelled to thank Albert Siedlecki, the teacher who inspired him to become a neurosurgeon.
