The partnership between school and home is essential to student success in the Honors Program.
Parents/Guardians are expected to:
Support their child's academic efforts and encourage strong study habits
Monitor grades, attendance, and assignment completion
Maintain communication with teachers and school staff when concerns arise
Encourage regular attendance and punctuality
Attend Honors Program meetings, orientations, and informational events when possible
Attend at least one Parent Workshop
Reinforce school expectations related to behavior, responsibility, and academic integrity
Encourage a balance between academics, extracurricular activities, and well-being
