When visiting during class time, show your Library Hall Pass and fill out the Library Visitor Sign-in Sheet.

Be respectful of other students who are working quietly in the library. 

If you bring food or drinks you must be clean. No food or drinks on the bean bags, or near computers.

Every day after the book is due, you are charged $0.10 and the maximum charge is $2.00 per book. 

You can still check out new books if you have fines, but you need to pay off the fines by the end of the school year. 

Always check the condition of your book before borrowing, and tell the librarian if you see any damages. 

If your book is returned with water damage, stains, torn/folded pages, missing covers, writings, etc. you will be charged and your account will be locked until the fines are paid.

The maximum number of books you can have checked out is three.

Books are due in two weeks; you can check your due dates on the Destiny Library “My Info” page. 

Do not check out books for someone else, you and your guardian(s) are responsible for borrowed books. 

To renew books: Talk to Mr. Judd (the librarian), send him a schoology message, or an email. Provide the name of the book(s) and when renewing online. Mr. Judd's email is christopher.judd@lausd.net 

To return books: Carefully place any borrowed books into the book drop located at the entrance of the library.
