Eating healthy is an easy thing! If you want to get better at eating healthy then you should definitely follow these tips! You should avoid foods that are highly unhealthy, like cotton candy, lollipops, and sugary stuff like that. It's pure sugar! You should also make habits of eating better things for your body. One of those things is to avoid eating processed foods. Common sources of simple carbs include table sugar, honey, fruit juice, and syrup.Those are also examples of highly processed foods. You should also check labels when you buy food, check the calories, expiration date, nutrition facts, etc. In a way, you can check the label to make sure it's healthy and to check the ingredients. If you see a word you can't pronounce, it's probably a bad ingredient so you should not buy the food. You should cook at home instead of going to a restaurant because you will know what ingredients you're using, so you can make it healthy. Follow these tips for a healthy body! 🍏🍎
