Calendar

An “event” is any activity that utilizes a shared space, requires additional staff support (supervision, custodial, admin) or takes places outside of supervised campus hours (7:30 am-4:30 on most days). Calendar subcommittee will meet monthly (Thursday before LSLC meeting) to review calendar requests, approve and calendar items, and send email confirmation. Any LSLC member can attend these weekly meetings. Full LSLC approval will still be needed to calendar any events that alter the bell schedule or impact the entire school program. (period by period assemblies, Cool to be Kind, PSAT, etc.)
