Indira Tyler
A dance professional from Ohio, trained throughout the East Coast and California, having taught at Louis Armstrong for the past 10 years. She is an accomplished instructor and performer of modern dance. Her spirit and guidance structures her classroom giving it the overall excellence that comes with decades of arts teaching experience.
Jessica Pontillas
Dance professional originally trained throughout Los Angeles in various styles of dance, including ballet, contemporary, tap, and street-dance styles. Graduated from UCLA in 2017 with a Bachelor’s degree in Dance and a minor in Visual and Performing Arts Education, and currently serves as an Associate Dancer with Versa-Style Dance Company. Taught after-school programs through multiple nonprofit organizations and directed Dr. Maya Angelou Community High School’s Dance Team Program.
Mia Chevelle Thompson
A dance professional and choreographer originally trained right here in Los Angeles focusing on various styles including Hip Hop, Jazz, Ballet and Contemporary. Graduated from CSU Northridge in 2019 with a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology. Performed for events hosted by LAVCC, CSUN, Universal Studios City Walk, and Choreographer's Carnival LA. Current President of the CSUN Hip Hop team, and has worked in education for about 7 years now educating students from grades K-12.
