"Sometimes people aren't comfortable with speaking to someone about ther problems, so they find other ways to cope. Working together on this project, being out in nature, caring for plants and eating healthy are ways to relieve stress and feel better. Working in a garden and being active outdoors also boosts your mood." - Sofiia Kovalevska
