Dance Company

Our advanced, audition-based course focuses on refining technical proficiency, artistic expression and creative fluency. Students who make it to this level are provided the opportunity to learn established choreography, as well as original works. They engage in the processes of creation, rehearsal, and performance of dance works; ensemble skills; repertoire maintenance, and performance disciplines. 

Dance Company members are expected to participate in additional rehearsal times outside of class time, if required.

After the completion of a required amount of training hours, Dance Company members will have the opportunity to earn special recognition for Outstanding Artistic Merit, Leadership and Academic Achievement through the NDSDA - National Honor Society for Dance Arts, a program of the NDEO - National Dance Education Organization.
