Transformation is led by the Transformation Implementation Office (TIO), a specialized team that was developed to carry-out the Transformation Program. The TIO works with members from each of the four workstreams, fostering coordination among the workstreams and ensuring those teams have the resources and support they need to meet program requirements. The TIO is responsible for prioritizing tasks and overseeing the delivery of each milestone.
