What is Transformation?

In 2023 the Board of Governors approved a plan to transform the student experience, improve organizational processes and efficiencies, imbed financial controls into operations, and modernize systems. Transformation is a comprehensive multi-year program, where funding is provided through a highly governed, restricted budget. The Transformation Plan was developed through extensive engagement with staff, students, and faculty, along with reviews of reports and recommendations. 

The Transformation Plan spans four areas, called workstreams: Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, and the Registration Services and Student Affairs (RSSA). These workstreams are further broken down to 29 sub-workstreams, comprising 269 deliverables that encompass over 3,100 individual tasks.
