Indigenous Perspectives on Sex & Gender

A collaborative webinar series hosted by Team 18, the Indigenous Cognitive Health Program, and the Women, Sex, Gender, and Dementia cross-cutting programs, led by guest speaker, Jessy Dame.

This two-part interactive series will explore inclusive approaches to concepts of sex and gender from an Indigenous lens; learn about practices to support the creation of culturally safe and respectful approaches to working with Two-Spirit people; and explore approaches to collecting Two-Spirit data in culturally respectful and inclusive ways.
