This session runs from 15:30-16:10.

We hope you have found this LAT PD session helpful so far and that you have gained a better understanding of the overarching importance of the Trust’s Digital Strategy. As outlined in the introductory video to today’s session, the next stage of our strategy will involve further subject development, consolidation and innovation, which we hope will encourage your discussions today.

If you teach Year 11 , please use this time to upload a single one off digital engagement score for your class to support the Trust and academies evaluations of the impact of technology.

All other colleagues (or when you are done), meet with your department to discuss the following:

1. What has inspired you in your sessions today that you could begin to apply in your classroom?

2. What do you believe the current strengths of your collective departmental digital practice is?

3. Review this article and consider how the principles within it could be applied in your department. In reflecting on an upcoming scheme of work, unit of inquiry or sequence of learning, can you identify further opportunities for integrating more digital practice? Complete this Form to capture your ideas.

4. Finally, what would represent growth in the digital practice within your department in the coming year? What do you believe should be reflected in the next evolution of the Trust’s digital strategy?
