Tim Morrison (Assistant Basketball Coach for the Women's Basketball Team)

Rogelio Nevarez (Men' Soccer Head Coach). Rogelio brings more than a decade of experience, include several years with the Oakland Soccer Club.

Chris Pearson (Men's Basketball Coach)

Coach Chris is the founding coach of our men's team and is returning for this third season at Latitude. During the team's first year of varsity they went undefeated in league play.

He brings a wealth of playing and coaching experience, including stints at Castlemont, Head Royce, and Unity High. Additionally, he is a founder of Elevated Legacy, a youth-leadership and AAU basketball program, working with players as young as elementary school and up through the the Division I college level.

Lex Schoenberg (Women's Head Basketball Coach)

Coach Lex was the founding coach of our women's team and is returning for her third year. She has been playing organized basketball since high school and continues hoop during her time as a full-time Latitude Science teacher!

Jess Tomei (Head Cross Country Coach/Track Distance Runners)

Coach Tomei is the founding head coach of our co-ed cross country team and successfully led our young men to a second place finish in the BACSAC league finals in 2020!

She also oversaw our first competitive track team, which featured both sprints and distance running. She currently teaches Math at Latitude.

Daniel D. Zarazua (Athletic Director)
Mr. Z has been working in high school education for 20+ years and is the founding Athletic Director at Latitude. He is returning for his fourth year. Since helping found the athletic program at Latitude, the school has added men's and women's basketball, cross country, track and field, men's soccer, women's volleyball, and the Huddle, a non-competitive fitness club.

Future plans include competitive flag football, swimming, badminton, and women's soccer.
