Library Procedures

• The library is a positive and productive space: these are the expectations.
• Students sign in when they arrive and sign out when they leave. You should receive an email notification from LibraryTrac.
• Send students to the library with a hall pass.
  • • Call ahead (ext. 2605) to send up to 4 students for small group work.
    • Send up to 2 students at a time for printing.
• Copier training is required annually for all student assistants and interns before they use the copiers. We offer the Edpuzzle training at the beginning of each semester; it is only required of new assistants and interns during the spring semester.
  • • Only PowerSchool designated assistants & interns are authorized to make copies for staff, and only in the library’s Workroom.
    • Please do not send assistants / interns to make copies prior to their training.
    • The Edpuzzle will be released to student assistants / interns on Aug. 13. Once they receive a notice that they have passed the training with an 80 or better, they are ready to make copies.
