Please keep reminding your student about spelling homework this week.  We are getting into the routine but a check from home could be helpful!

Last week we worked on writing with emotional and describing behavior instead of just listing events that happen in our story.  We'll also write some interesting leads and endings to our stories.  This week we'll make sure we know how to edit and revise before turning in our final stories at the end of the week!

 We'll be moving on to nonfiction reading skills next!
