League of Legends

League of Legends is a Top-Down or Bird's Eye Multiplayer Online Battle Arena (MOBA) game where teams of 5 work to destroy the enemy team's Defense Turrets and ultimately their Nexus to secure victory. Each player chooses a Legend, each with their own strengths and weaknesses. Each player is also assigned one of the five roles: ADC, Support, Jungle, Top, or Mid. The ADC & Support work together in the Bottom Lane to fight off the opposing team's ADC & Support. Mid Laners fight against the enemy team's Mid Laner in the Middle Lane. The Top Laners duke it out in the Top Lane. Finally, the Junglers cover everything in between the lanes (aka the Jungle) to obtain various Buffs for their team and often help attack a Lane to gain an advantage. Eventually, the players will abandon their lane assignments and begin team fights to secure Objectives that give a team a big advantage over the other. The game ends once a team breaks into the enemy team's base and completely defeats their Nexus. Highly strategic and highly competitive. This is played exclusively on PC and is free to download.
