HI! My name is Mr. Greenlee. I lived for 30 years in Colorado, and taught Middle School for most of that time. I love being in nature, hiking, fishing, camping, and enjoying a campfire when I can. This picture is from Palo Duro State Park in Texas. I also love reading. One of my favorite books is Hatchet, by Gary Paulsen.

CLASS OVERVIEW
CLASS OVERVIEW
All students will read three novels in class this year: Call of the Wild, A Wrinkle in Time and Hatchet. Classes will also complete elements of three units from the HMH textbook, at least one research project, and several poster projects demonstrating goals, learning and growth.
Each Friday, classes will focus on vocabulary in context using various activities, both group and individual.
All students will complete three writing units: Narrative, Informational and Argumentative. In our classes, we will write multiple drafts emphasizing different aspects of the writing process.
