It is an honor to continue at JC Martin Elementary as the campus school counselor for 2026-2027. With 17 years of teaching experience at Laredo ISD, I am grateful for the opportunity to continue serving students in a new capacity-one that allows me to support their growth, well-being, and success. 

I bring with me strong communication skills, genuine empathy, and a deep commitment to building trusting and meaningful relationships with students, families, and staff. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment where every student feels seen, valued, and empowered to flourish. 

Outside of school, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, helping others, continuing to learn and grow, and reading. I look forward to collaborating with the JC Martin community as we work together to guide and inspire our students towards their full potential.
