Tray Forming Machine

Tray Forming machine 200 (TFM 200) is designed to automatic forming of tray corrugated box and automatic application of hot melt adhesive glue. Our machine is capable to dispense 18 to 20 boxes per minute with lesser glue consumption. With the use of automated operation, it lessens the human supervision and lower frequency in maintenance of machine.

The machine's body frame is made up of heavy duty mild steel frame that is coated with acrylic paint for longer durability and rust-proof material.

Has a built-in buffer tank for prevention of air pressure drop and installed with stand-alone air suction blower for pick-up carton from magazine

the Magazine type carton can load up to 100pcs (depends on the carton's thinkness)

Product setting saves up to 10 types of carton for quick and hassle-free parameter change over.

it has Melton D4-e Series melter that features a user friendly touch pad that gives operators a quickly setup system.

Equipped with safety interlock system such as air pressure safety doors, emergency stop button, etc.

Installed with alarm display that helps operator to diagnose machine error easily.

Provided with rotary encoder for precise glue length setting.

Equipped with Omron Programmable Logic Controller and Human Interface (HMI) with Weinview 7'' touch screen control panel.

For speed adjustment, it has motor drive Sumimoto brand with frequency inverter.
