Box Gluing Machine

BGM 101 combines productivity, cost - efficiency, and ergonomics. Thus, it is designed to automatic application of hot melt adhesive into half slotted corrugated box. Box Gluing machine is capable to dispense 18 to 22 boxes per minute with lesser glue consumption.

The machine's body frame is made up of heavy duty mild steel frame that is coated with acrylic paint for longer durability and rust-proof material.

Equipped with Omron Programmable Logic Controller and Human Interface (HMI) with Weinview 7'' touch screen control panel.

For speed adjustment, it has motor drive Sumimoto brand with frequency inverter.

it has Melton D4-e Series melter that features a user friendly touch pad that gives operators a quickly setup system.

Installed with alarm display that helps operator to diagnose machine error easily.

Provided with product counter and display of output (carton per min) for easier tracking and monitoring of goods produced.

Product setting saves up to 10 types of carton for quick and hassle-free parameter change over.
