Class expectations and rules are outlined below. These guidelines help ensure a respectful, focused, and successful learning environment for all students.

• Bring all necessary materials to class each day and be ready to learn. Work hard and be nice to everyone.

• In addition to Spanish-related materials, please have a free reading book and your own pencil sharpener handy at all times. When we finish work early reading quietly helps others have enough time to finish their work without distraction. Classroom pencil sharpeners can be a distraction, so we use hand sharpeners at our desks.

• Bring a water bottle (water only!) Students don't leave my class for water. Bathroom as necessary, of course.
