Theme of the Fortnight

Our Theme of the Fortnight links our Picture News Resource of 'E-readers' to that of spotting signs of new life especially as 'The Great British Bird Watch' is about to be upon us! 

We have been debating whether using an E-reader to find out information about birds was better than using a physical book. 

As a whole school community lots of interesting discussions were to be had, especially as children in KS2 still preferred to pick up a book to read!
