Diversity and Inclusion Parent Working Group

This Tuesday, our Parent Working Group for Diversity and Inclusion met. We discussed what we do here at Leigh Academy Langley Park and thought about how we could further develop this into the new academic year. One particular highlight was the work around the Protected Characteristics that we do. Every class has a dedicated PSHE lesson every module around a Protected Characteristic. These lessons are taught through a book and then an activity is completed. Below is the overview:
