This week in Journalism Club, children and staff had an informative discussion about Easter traditions and the unique ways in which some of us celebrate the holiday.
"People celebrate Easter in lots of different ways. They can do it in religious ways or even traditional, for example they can eat chocolate all day or go to church. For my Easter, we go hide eggs, then find them and eat them afterwards."
"I celebrate Easter by eating chocolate and going to church."
"On my Easter holiday I normally stay home but if I do go somewhere I go to the neverland."
"I boil eggs, paint them and then eat them, then I have a chocolate Easter hunt. I always win!"
What do you and your family do for Easter?
Miss Chiu: "I go to church and I'm going away on a trip outside of the UK."
Miss Bick: "I'm going on an Easter Egg hunt and will be spending quality time with my family"
Mrs Dunn: "I eat lots of chocolate and go on lots of lovely spring walks with Willow."
