2 x ready-to-roll puff pastry sheets
2 tbsp tomato sauce
150g mozzarella cheese (grated)
1 egg
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp garlic powder
30g parmesan (or similar hard cheese, grated)
Roll out one sheet of puff pastry and spread with the tomato sauce, leaving a 1/2 inch border around the edge.
Sprinkle grated mozzarella over the tomato sauce and place the other puff pastry sheet on the top.
Beat the egg in a small bowl and brush over the top of the pastry.
Sprinkle the garlic powder, oregano and parmesan evenly over the pastry.
Cut the pastry into 27 equal parts and twist each part.
Place into the oven at 180C for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with additional tomato sauce for dipping and enjoy!
